Our feet reflect our body, they are like a mirror. They are the part of our body which most people neglect but are the most under strain.

By applying pressure to reflex points located in the feet the body is stimulated to heal itself.

These reflex points relate to internal organs, glands and structures of the body.

Reflexology can do the following:
